To the Beloved Community,
For over twenty years you have heard me describe the habits of highly evolved people relative to stabilizing one’s Life Structures—especially physical well-being, mental well-being, relationship, livelihood—and how this frees us to then devote even more time and energy to the cultivation of our spiritual practices of meditation, affirmative prayer, spiritual study and selfless service.
