Affiliates who refer people to the Academy of Wealth and Achievement's Breakthrough to Success Weekend immediately qualify for 10% Cash Commissions when the people they refer purchase any Academy of Wealth and Achievement training program in the Academy of Wealth and Achievement training series or product from the Academy of Wealth and Achievement (with the exception of Christopher Howard's Books - Turning Passions Into Profits and Instant Wealth | Wake Up Rich!).
Commissionable dollars are paid when our trainings are paid in full or when a product is purchased.
When an affiliate refers a participant who purchases an Academy of Wealth and Achievement training or product, that affiliate will be credited for that and all subsequent training purchases made by that participant.
Affiliates can refer participants to the Academy of Wealth and Achievement's Breakthrough to Success Weekend at no charge by having the participant register through their personalized affilaite link.
When a participant is an aquaintance of two or more affiliates, and these affiliates have all promoted the Breakthrough to Success Weekend to the participant, only the affiliate indicated by the participant will receive credit for the referral. The participant's word is final.
Commissions become available approximately 30 days after the participant referred by the affiliate has fully paid for the training.
Should the referral cancel their training and the training costs are refunded for any reason, no Cash Commissions will be paid out for that training. This rule applies even when a cancellation fee has been retained by the Academy of Wealth and Achievement or for products supplied with the training, and/or administrative charges.
Cash commissions may be used to purchase any of the Academy of Wealth and Achievement's training courses.
All affiliates must conduct themselves with integrity at all times when promoting Christopher Howard, his products and programs. The Academy of Wealth and Achievement reserves the right to revoke affiliate status should the affiliate be considered to have abused the integrity of Christopher Howard and The Academy of Wealth and Achievement.
The affiliate will limit its marketing and promotional materials to those supplied or purchased from the Academy of Wealth and Achievement. All materials supplied by the Academy of Wealth and Achievement are copyright protected and cannot be duplicated without express written permission from the Academy of Wealth and Achievement. Anything created outside of these materials must be approved by the Academy of Wealth and Achievement prior to use. This includes, but is not limited to newspaper ads, newsletters, e-mail promotions and audio media.
Affiliates will only be paid on new contacts that are not already in the Academy of Wealth and Achievement database and/or linked to another affiliate already. Affiliates will not be permitted to register for seminars under their own affiliate link in order to receive commissions on themselves.
The "Commissions Due" are only payable once the commissionable items have been paid for in full and fulfilled.
The Academy of Wealth and Achievement will apply every effort to keep its website current and operational. However, technical difficulties may arise from time to time, resulting in temporary service interruptions. The Academy of Wealth and Achievement will not be held responsible for such interruptions and any subsequent loss of Affiliate commissions.
To be sure an Affiliate's contacts are tracked effectively; contacts must click on the Affiliates web link exactly as provided by the Academy of Wealth and Achievement. The Academy of Wealth and Achievement is not responsible for human error or technical difficulties that occur when a person is registering while using the Affiliate link. We shall not be liable to you for failure by you to properly use the Affiliate web link, even if such failure results in the reduction of referral fees due to you under this Agreement.
The Affiliate is responsible for maintaining a current e-mail address via the Affiliate website. The Academy of Wealth and Achievement will not be responsible for e-mail communications not received by Affiliates.
The Academy of Wealth and Achievement reserves the right to change any part of this agreement at any time. The Affiliate will be notified by email about any material changes to this agreement at which time the Affiliate may withdraw within two weeks of receiving such notice. Withdrawal must be received in writing by the Academy of Wealth and Achievement during which time the previous agreement will be in force.
The Affiliate agrees to abide by the Academy of Wealth and Achievement's Anti-Spam Policy.
The Academy of Wealth and Achievement reserves the right to disallow any given person or company into the Affiliate Program, at its sole discretion.
The Academy of Wealth and Achievement reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, at its sole discretion.
In entering into this agreement, the Affiliate in no way becomes a partner, agent, representative or employee of the Academy of Wealth and Achievement and may not represent themselves as such.
Only those agreements that have been accepted by the Academy of Wealth and Achievement will be considered valid and in effect.
Participation in the Affiliate program is de-facto proof of the Affiliate's acceptance of the Affiliate Agreement in its entirety.
The Academy of Wealth and Achievement Affiliate Program began on December 1, 2005 and is revised as of September 15, 2006. This revised affiliate program supersedes any previous online, written or verbal agreements and the terms of this agreement will take precedence over any previous agreements unless a written agreement between the Academy of Wealth and Achievement and that affiliate is signed by the President or an authorized representative of the Academy of Wealth and Achievement .
